Most everyone calls me Piper and I’m a personal trainer group fitness instructor and aqua aerobics instructor.  For the past 25 plus years, I have studied all forms of dance from ballet to Middle Eastern as well as fusion belly dance.  But it was in 2011 that I decided to turn my focus to fitness. 

What makes me special as a personal trainer and fitness instructor is my attention to detail.

Fusion Dance Coaching

If you are a belly dancer with experience, or a true beginner, I would be happy to share my love and knowledge of ITS and fusion belly dance with you!  ITS is ‘improv team synch’ style of belly dance, as developed by Unmata dance troupe, of which I am a certified Level 1 instructor.  And because I have close to 25yrs combined of various dance techniques, I can help guide you in flourishing your own style of fusion.  I can help bring out the best YOU within your style of fusion belly dance.

I have been seeing Piper for about seven years.  Honestly, I do not like going to see her as I never spent a day lifting weights or stretching that I enjoyed.  But seeing Piper always makes me feel good about myself and she is just AMAZING!!!  She actually listens to what is bothering you or what you want to work on to make your body healthier, to heal your aches and pains, and to strengthen your core.  She really knows how the human body works and what exercises or stretches are best for the activities that you are involved in to make you a better healthier athlete.  For forty plus years, I could never touch my toes; I had zero flexibility even in my fittest years.  But now, I can do stretches including touching past my toes and excises that I never thought possible.  My core and balance are what is making me a better, stronger, healthier, athlete as I have gotten older thanks to Piper.  She is the BEST!!!
